People often think that but Simon is a really great sport when it comes to comedy and roasts etc. He was the only one who didn't buzz the comedian who was their to roast everybody. And that is why I love him. Him and howie are the best judging duo ever.

Super easy and basic trick. Only slide of hand to change chosen card is required to perform this.

Actually the magic trick is easy, its quite simple, theirs a way you can shuffle through the cars keeping the card you want in the middle or where ever they want it to be in the stack or after the card is picked they can easily swap it then, the rest is pre planned from the card if wanted them to choose

And unlike the great personality the 13 year old kid had yours sucks. You lack maturity. Doesn't matter if it was "easy" he's a kid. And the whole balloon thing wasn't just easy. The hand off for the card force was not smooth and the cameras caught it. He is an adorable kid with a sense of humor, however, his routine is rehersed, and the judges are part of his routine since they are not voting. It is merely stage presence that makes this performer entertaining.

@@deathya1 No , He just took the last card out of his pocket and pushed it into the balloon when he took it of the wall. So it doesn't matter which balloon is the last one.

Aidan McCann is most valuable resource, he has shown after Ireland Got Talent and Golden Buzzer that his age is just a number, his talent is way beyond we need this boy keep moving ahead :)

I've followed this kid since the first time he came on AGT and I can say he's going places....great comedian, performer and magician

AWW! You can tell Simon's a dad to a boy just a little older than Aidan. He had that total dad energy like he's done this before!

Agreed. Audiences forget that these acts are rehersed for timing. Simon knew it wouldn't be him being selected to pop balloons from the rehearsals, as well as all the judges knowing the outcome. The boy's handling of cards is not clean either. The cameras nearly picked up the gig. 😬 He definitely has a chance if he keeps working at it. 👍🏻

@@safiarasooli5028 he gave him an octopus card intentionally. He was always going to give him the octopus card. It didn't matter where Simon stops him, he was always getting the octopus card.

I love this kid.

The same trick can be spun and presented in so many ways. Aidan adds a special touch with his jokes and the cuddly purple octopus.

That was pure joy to watch…..so fun.

This was unexpectedly hilarious, and the magic was incredible!

He is so adorable, he delivered his jokes so well.

Basic trick... funny how most these tricks are based around picking a card that the magician has control of 🤷🏽‍♂️ but his humour and delivery is on point. This kid has a bright future with that stage presence 👌

He is SOO confident but I felt he could have chosen a different ( little more complicated) trick for this stage of competition 00:29 - slipped octopus card to Simon 02:36 - reached out to the octopus card in his pocket and held it in his hands as he asked Terry to pop the balloon
