@@oldgreyguitarist9069 And you were worried about getting Xed, no way. You had the whole audience, young and old, on their feet, and the judges.
Can’t wait to see him play again…he is one of 55 acts that advanced to next round…he will be “live” tues august 22!
The amazing thing is that the crowd immediately recognized the song. Freddie Mercury is rocking.
I am so glad that he got his moment on AGT, and I hope he takes the whole show home! He seems so nice.
Oh John... already watched this audition for more than 20 times today and still need more, what a legend and look at the crowd how he is moving everyone is crazy ❤ loved it ,thanks 😊

This gentleman thrills my Boomer’s heart! I’m so glad he’s a teacher. We need more people like this gentleman in our schools: one who is so passionate about his music, and who can share this incredible musical talent with the young people he teaches. You, sir, not only have unbelievable talent, you also have a heart of gold! Teach on! ❤❤❤❤❤
Absolutely wonderful performance! I needed to see it over and over again! His wife knew all along that he could do it and she was absolutely happy the reception he received! He deserved the golden buzzer!
🔥 John was moved to tears...he thought he'd get red Xs 🥺 You took a piss out of that guitar like nobody's business 😎🤙 Don't doubt yourself or your talent ever AGAIN! Love from Southern California

@@oldgreyguitarist9069 I think you hid your nerves quite well! Keep up the great Spirit within you...that was so much fun to watch! 🤗
BLOWN away ! Not just for his incredible talent, but for that mind blowing dexterity of his fingers....AT HIS AGE ! Many people with talent have to retire early simply because they loose one thing or another in their hands or fingers or both. This guy is simply AMAZING !

How Simon's face is changing in a pure shock and awe when the solo begins is priceless.
Some people are just born with it. It’s never too late, and I hope someone gives him a chance on a huge stage.
Mr better late than never. Amazing talent and humble with it. Really pleased for him. Cannot watch something like this just once. An absolute honour and privilege to witness this chap play. A real credit to the music profession. Well done sir. All the best to you and your students for the future. Wow, AGT: No wonder he was extra nervous. Y T not letting me save this for later. BOOOOOOOOO!!

many thanks for your kind words 😊
His wife is very proud of him the emotions in her face of happiness seeing him shine made me cry.. this is what true love is..
This is my favorite audition…I don’t think I’ve ever seen the audience react like this, (standing during the performance) there have been many great guitarists on AGT through the years, but this one has stage presence, the facial mannerisms, etc. most likely he will progress to the next round…looking forward to his next performance.
I want more of this guy, much more.
