That is actually a logical fallacy, as there have been many successful acts (including Golden Buzzers and winners) without a sad back story. @@sarix_3125 no. Those were just 2 that happened to pop into my head when I was responding. AGT does try to highlight sob stories and provide a compelling product (their main goal is to generate ratings, which directly translates to profits), but there are plenty of performers who don't have one. Btw, there have been some notable kids with sobs stories. Evie Clair, who was 13 at her audition, revealed that her father had stage 4 cancer. He died before she made it to the finals.

Her father is a singer , and she won The Voice Kids in Poland and she already recorded few of her own songs. Her style is also delevoped over her presence on national TV. Pretty sure she worked with stylists as well..

BS Simone paid for her to come onto the show. She won voice kids in Poland than took second in Junior Eurovision. She is no stranger to these talent shows. You cannot convince me he did not tell her she would get the golden buzzer. Look at all the bad acting when he was trying to convince the camera & tv audience how nervous she was & they all joined in on it at just the right perfect time. Simone has been bringing acts in for a few years. Paid audience members are cued when to start clapping........

Simon acted like he did not know who she was when hes the one who paid her to come to the show. If you notice the last couple years there have been a lot of foreign acts That were successful in other countries because Simon is paying them to come on to the show. You already knew who he was gonna give the golden buzzer to before before the season began. I hope you realize they have paid people in the audience to start clapping on a queue.

I loved how she changed the song to fit her voice. She didn't force a copy of the song knowing she couldn't hit the notes so she showed out in her own way. Shoes maturity for her age.

I did not want that performance to stop...I'm sooo happy for her.

Never have been disappointed by Sara since she surprised me by her performance during Junior Eurovision 2021. 😍

I hate watching most singing on the show but this gave me chills. She’s insane

I don’t know what possessed Simon to say her audition wasn’t perfect because she sung it so uniquely perfect in her own way. Pure perfection!

Idk if this is what Simon meant, but sometimes things need to be imperfect to be perfect. It wasn’t polished or rehearsed down to each little inflection. It was organic and emotional and that is what made it perfect - it came from inside her in that moment. I could swear she was getting more focused and falling deeper within herself as the audience got louder.

It's hard to say he was "won over" when he starts out with "I've got a good feeling about you.", but I'm guessing he already knew she had won "The Voice Kids" in Poland in 2021 and was runner-up in Junior Eurovision the same year.

I love that she made the song her own. She didn’t try to imitate Billie. She changed it up quite a bit and showed so much variation in her voice . She has amazing vocal technique for being so young! I prefer her version over Billie’s.

I love Sara, but there were other very talented and deserving contestants. Music and art are subjective. We like what we like and in this case, more people liked the other performers. At the end of the day, AGT is a popularity contest.

Historically it was required to ensure trade, now knowing more languages in Europe ensures that you're more successful as you can reach more people.
