I went to New Zealand to stay with a friends uncle. He raised chickens in cages and let his staff kill them in the factory. He woke us up at 7 o clock in the morning to show of his facfory. We saw people hanging the chickens on a hook and get the skin of the chickens. He offered us pieces of chicken to eat while we were standing in blood covered floors.. He complained that his workers were not motivated to do the work. Even though they were an old grandpa and grandma they bragged about making million with selling chickens.

That girl should have gotten a golden buzzer! She obviously loves those animals & she just oozes goodness. She had a wonderful attitude. It took patience to train those birds to do so many different things. There were the surprise elements with the lid lifting off that one chicken & then the band. What an outstanding performance! I wish her well & hope she always keeps that sweet spirit she showed here. Her parents did a wonderful job raising a kind, wholesome child, too! I wish all kids had this much affection & respect for animals & the ability to interact with adults in such a genuinely confident, mature, & respectful manner!

This is EXACTLY for this kind of very unique, funny, creative & entertaining acts that I do watch this show ! This young lady is incredibly blessed & gifted to train not one but all those chickens to do such complicated and wholesome stuff ! I litterally GRINNED from ear to ear when she unveiled the "Bock N'Roll Band" Finale and what a great tasteful song choice (Kenny Loggins ROCKS !). Amazing Talent that I would have "Golden Buzzer" for instantly ! THANK U ZOE & The Chicken Crew !!!

It's actually food manipulation based on my observation but what makes it awesome is she knows exactly where to place her hands to get them to respond. She's brilliant

@@lilshotsfiredaroundtheworld exactly, and that's how she trained them, is by not giving them the food until they did what she wanted them to do.... it's the same way many start training any animal (including dogs), just no body ever thought a chicken was smart enough to be trained

Chickens are very difficult animals to train and control, this is excellent....

This is the best animal act I’ve ever seen. It just kept getting better and better!!!

This was so adorable and wholesome that my heart burst just seeing the chickens at their instruments! Then they actually started PLAYING them and I screamed AWWWWWWWW

That's a tough act ... training & controlling the chick's. Definitely a golden buzzer act imo

I legit want this act to win it's so impressive how she has trained the chickens. There is so much more to chickens than people think. Amazing can't stop watching the video!

To place those chickens on the stage for an act is not easy. Those chickens could have easily run out of control on the stage but it didn't. Wow! That girl and her chickens are simply amazing.

I remember that. This was even better in my opinion because there were a bunch of chickens and they didn't get stage fright.

That’s incredible!!! The amount of work that went into this is unreal.

Chickens are such SMART and AMAZING creatures! I hope all people see this to understand just how valuable they are as PETS…just like a dog or cat. ❤️

The chicken act is very well done, fun, and even exciting! The smooth, clever, and humorous design of the act is brilliant. But can we talk about has strong this 11 year old young woman's healthy mindset and personality is? Her comfort and confidence in herself (and her chickens), and in what's she doing in front of a ~4,004 audience is REMARKABLE. She made me feel more happy and tranquil using chickens than pills my doctor prescribed.

They got eliminated before the live shows

Heading to OC Maryland back in the 70's, my family hit a tourist trap. They had a huge chicken coop with all kinds of chickens and roosters running around on the floor. They also had a trained chicken in the coop in an elevated closed box. If you put a quarter in the machine, elevated box would open, chicken would run across a tightrope, ring a bell. run back across tightrope to be fed and box would close. Reality was dad put in quarter, box opened, chicken ran halfway to bell and jumped down to coop floor. One of the roosters started chasing the chicken and kept trying to mount it, meanwhile a different chicken flew up to the tightrope, ran over to ring the bell and then ran across the tightrope to get the food and the box closed. My dad turned to me and said "Best damn quarter I ever spent."

It's her imagination that is the magic ✨ in this performance. The chickens 🐔 will do what they do naturally. The whole idea for the dog obstacle course turned chicken course is brilliant. And at the end, the band was the icing on the cake. Great job Zoey. Your parents must be proud of you. ✌🏼🦁

I was having not the best day, but this made my day alot better. Really cool that animals can do all this!

As a professional avian trainer for Assistance Animals, including parrots and chickens, I want to say she did an excellent job! We normally only use Old English Game Bantams as the most intelligent breed, best for specialist work training, but she had a selection of bright individuals not just OEG, and her little modern game cockerel, her primary bird, was an absolute delight to watch. Whether trick training or BioMonitoring or support work training, bantams have so much more to give than people realise!

@@joannedelacruz4664 That is a way of doing a performance with a chicken, but what tells me this was training and not it following a red light on the keys, is that the performance was irregular. Red light performances are metronome perfectly timed, and you can usually see a few notes the chicken misses, or doesnt quite connect with. In this performance the backing music was forced to hang time in a few places, and pause awkwardly, while the hen searched for the note by memory. Chickens are smarter than people give them credit for, and can be trained to do all kinds of cute tricks, and not so cute services, like medical BioMonitoring, performing things like, and including preemptive seizure alert. Piano is definitely not out of the realm of possibility. Start with a particularly smart breed or individual and see how you go 😊
