Imagine it… You vs Shin… Just when you think you’ve “got” him beaten, he runs his hand through his hair or does a quick sweep of the cards with his hands & he’ll leave you literally “choking in his dust” as he takes your money 💰 😱💰

I don't many would recognize that this performance was even harder than usual because he had to sync its performance with the song. It is really difficult as not only he had to make his sleight of hand perfectly but it has also need to sync with the song too. That makes him in my eye one of the best magicians in history.

I love how you phrased it slide of hand because it works so well. I had to make sure that sleight of hand was the correct phrase because as far as I knew I may have been saying it wrong this whole time. Now they are both equally true.

It's nice to see Shin Lim again, he'd disappeared from social media for a bit and I was wondering what he was up to. Love seeing his masterful magic tricks.

Shin is the greatest magician ever! This performance shows that he’s the crème de la crème of magicians! I love that he incorporated his performance with the iconic Sting song! 😊

I am going to agree with just about everyone and say that Shin Lim is simply the best slight of hand magician I have ever seen. But it is so much more than just what type of magic he does. It is also his presentation. Every thing he does is so well orchestrated. He always knows what he is doing. He makes it all look so simple which of course it is not. I really enjoy watching him.

Presentation is by far the most important part of any performance. I could buy the newest large illusions and perform them flawlessly and still not impress the audience. I lack presentation. Shen Lim has it. He is rich and famous. I am not.

Who would you consider a contemporary master of sleight of hand? Mario Lopez? Because he also respects the heck out of Shin. This is mastery plane and simple. His moves are pristine and polished and even if you catch one, by the time you realize you've missed 3 more.

@@Auric-BraiNerd don’t drag turner into this this he is card mechanic not a magician, he only performs with regular deck without any gimmicks or gaffs. I consider Bill Malone, Lenard Green, Darvin Ortiz, Danny DaOrtiz, Ed Marlo, Jason Ladanye, etc… just to name a few list keeps going. Just watch original shape of my heart performed by Shawn Farguhar that he invented more than 20 years ago maybe it’s not as flashy but done without a table with a regular deck to a full song instead or just half.

I love the musicality in this one, paired with his unmatched skills and clean style. He’s won the show twice and still continues to impress!

He is so ridiculously good. Coming from his early days in Fool Us to winning AGT, he's growing into the top 1% of slight of hand magicians!

His tricks are already amazing...having to time each of them to the song perfectly is on another level. Bravo good sir!

I know how he does several of his tricks -- it's just basic sleight of hand -- but he's so fast and smooth that even when you know what to look for, you still can't see it.

WOW! Shin never fails to blow me away every single time, this was simply impeccable. ❤

How good you have to be to fit all those moves along WITH the song. Has to be flawless to pull off and Shin is definitely in a league of his own.

@@HenriqueCavalcanti oh, no problem! This is Shawn's trick :D The trick is about telling a story with the cards through the song "Shape of my heart". He's been on Fool Us but he's recognized around the magician community since waaaay before that. Shin has said in the past that he does his tricks around the music - this is also how Shawn performed his trick and its just inspiring to see the new generation performing it this way (new moves, new effects, same performance result since the cards need to match the lyrics of the song at specific times)
