Noodle and Bun is one of my favorite instagram accounts. super creative animators and this was fantastic. not sure how they pulled this one off in real life but animation keeps getting better and better every year. so glad they got 4 yeses.

Huge agree, It's been fun seeing animators latley do amazing stuff on AGT recently. As an animator myself well studying to be one for games etc. It inspires me to possibly audition showcasing my animation talent in a fun interactive way. Just not sure how I wanna tackle it quite yet though. :)

They just grab prerecorded reactions and edit the background when they film the judges. If you dig enough I bet you will find the crowd cuts or maybe not because if they keep killed off reaction clips the show remains organic in appearance. That’s just my brain idk.

They said it... That initial cartoon on the screen is all that the judges and audience saw. The animators did all the 3D animation after, and only seen like this on TV.

Doing augmented reality is not easy especially getting them to do live motion capture and then the building that finishing activation code that excuted on the last part to have the horse and cat run off lol genius too awesome that's a golden buzzer worthy performance in my opinion

All they were looking at was the dog on the screen. People watching on TV/KZread are the only ones who are seeing them actually animated on stage

Simon; I do believe you have a singing dog. Who sings quite well! As well as a cat who pulls off some pretty good riffs, and a horse, the drummer, naturally, keeps the beat rolling! I want to see MORE of these guys! The animators and staff who brought the characters to life have MAD skills!

This brightens my day because in their contents Bun is usually shown as a clumsy and chaotic dog and with Noodle (the cat) being so 100% with him and sometimes even wants to even get rid of him. Love this ❤.

Because golden buzzers are always used on sap stories. Literally. There’s been a few that aren’t, and a few that were but still had talent, but there have been a TON of acts that should have been golden buzzers and weren’t yet they would use one on the kid with a disease or something.

Amazing. Mascots use exaggerated actions to emote feelings in order to better engage with the audience. These animators have done a great job in translating the band into those cartoon characters. The lead singer's acting voice is as good as his singing voice, very engaging!

This is the kind of wack stuff that leads to people being so extremely socially awkward now a days. Everything has to be expressed so to the point, that no body knows what to do in awkward/indirect situations. Like I get that if u said that about cars movies, although it’s not exaggerating in those as much as just getting creative in mimicking humans so we’ll in cars… but this is over exaggerated and fake on animals where it’s really easy to make it realistically similar and still have creativity in it. Like the physics don’t even make sense, my whole family was commenting on that as we watched it live of how it was just so wack. It’s like watching someone drive a car in real life but with Forza physics

This has to be the craziest audition I have ever seen on America’s got talent and I loved it

This is awesome! Technology these days is unreal, haven't seen anything like this before, on top of that the singing and the arrangement of the song is insanely good! Very well done! Edit: Just realize that the mic stand is actually a bone hahaha

How is it mind blowing. The judges and audience weren't seeing what we saw. The only thing they saw was the performance on the screen. It was later animated to look like they were actually there on stage for people watching on TV/Online

Could be a hologram. I use a special black material called hollusion and a projector and achieve 3d effects, not quite as perfect as this but with the right projector its simple.

I'm absolutely amazed by this audition.

Not only was this an amazing idea and execution, they sang my favorite song of all time so immediately I love them

He has done that 2 times before when there was BGT talent on the stage this year. This is the 4th act from BGT so far this year. Of course he has done this in the past. He did it with Lioz the comedic magician from Israel who had been on Australia's got talent and the BGT where he did not mention it. You just never know about Simon.

I'm kind of confused here, Bun the Dog sounded like, he had an accent at some points when he spoke but when he sang, he didn't. Plus, I did find a video of Brian Justin Crum singing and he did not sound the same as Bun.

I recently saw them on KZread and was impressed with the quality of the animation. This auditing is next level. World class music and animation.

It was fun to see Noodle the Cat again onstage, and this time not singing but playing the guitar. I know the singer isn't Tom Ball, but it could be someone who made it to the finals as a singer within the past couple of years on AGT or BGT.
