I was lucky enough to see him live around 10 years ago in Sydney. It was a little club and a guy got up and walked towards the bathroom. Winslow did his footsteps, the door opening, his zipper, him peeing and the flush. He got a standing ovation!!

Love this man. He is absolutely a legend, and a MAJOR part of my childhood. It upsets me to see this man on AGT. If anyone deserves voice actor work, it's Michael Winslow.

Big respect for a father who puts his kids first! I grew up watching him and he was my favorite character from P.A!

He has been out of the "entertainment industry " since his wife passed away. Rather than hire a Nanny, he quit the industry to take care of their children! He is re-emurging to showcase more in his arsenal of sounds, and at the request of his son! There are many generations who have not seen or know his talent! Now they will!

What agent? His old agent is probably retired by now. If you're gone for a LONG time from the business you lose your connections, including your connections to agents. That is the sacrifice some make to raise their children. Rick Moranis, Michael Winslow, and Bridget Wilson are examples of that, among many others. That is just the sad reality of that business. Another possibility is that his kids may have also wanted him to appear on the show.

Well, actually, only the first one was rated R. The second was rated PG-13 and all the ones that came after that were rated PG. I didn't really much care for them after Part 5, the last one with Steve Guttenberg as Carey Mahoney.

Dude never gave up, respect. I hope this man succeeds in every way possible.

Back in movies, hell. I want someone to make a movie where he does ALL the sound effects. He would basically be the equivalent of a foley artist for the whole damn thing. I'm thinking either like an animated movie or some kind of campy "dubbed" martial arts movie along the lines of Kung Fury.

“What happened to this world?” 😂 he’s an 80s star using a popular platform to become relevant again. Meanwhile AGT using him to get ratings. Winslow is great at making sounds but he’s not the best at stand up, he needs a comedy writer or to go back to movies or TV where someone can take advantage of his talents when writing a script

Watching this makes me as happy as when I saw him in police academy! He was always the one I looked for in those movies he a legend and he doesn't even know how much the world missed him!

I remember him from "Police Academy". He was one of my favorite characters

This audition was absolutely AMAZING. He did what he needed to do to showcase his talent and make sure they would all give him a yes, but didn't give too much to where people would think 'how is he going to top that?'. If I were a judge on this show, he would be my golden buzzer. I can't wait to see more of his incredible gift!

I have a huge amount of admiration for the skillset he developed. I'm not a fan of AGT (I can't stand the over-the-top reactions from the judges), but I would happily watch more of Michael Winslow's work.

I have all 7 police academy movies. Michael is my fav in the movies.

I had the privilege to meet him and take a selfie while he was doing a show in Finland! Meeting my childhood hero and icon was truly a moment i wont forget... Now seeing him @ AGT with everybody cheering at him makes that moment even more precious!

I love this man. He's just truly an inspiration in comedy. When you've watched Police Academy, he just really stands out on every episodes.

I’m voting for Michael Winslow every week to win, he’s one of the most underrated people of all time. He deserves this I grew up watching him. He is one of the nicest people you’ll ever come across
