Child prodigies often don't succeed at math later on for a few reasons. First, pure math is about proofs, not calculation, which requires a lot of patience, and attention to detail, not just calculation skill. Second, a lot of prodigies don't need to work hard. Terence Tao, possibly the smartest mathematician alive, almost failed his PhD because he didn't study enough. Finally, a lot of them end up working in industry making millions modelling stockmarkets and such, instead of research.

AMEN ❤
The Lesson I learnt here is that we should look at our children especially when they are young and see what their gift is and help them grow thats why i love this dad he quickly saw the gift in his son which the majority of the parents fail to see it until its now too late
He is a born genius
The stare he gave Howie when Howie said " he's doing the process" 👀 he's definitely going to be a prodigy in mathematics with his cute self. 😍 ❤

That death stare had me rolling!
When Howie talked over during his multiplication process, kid turned around like a boss.
This literally brought me to tears. Dad is so fortunate to have a child so brilliant. Congrats to the both of them. May they be blessed
The way he looked at Howe😂😂
Dad please protect this young prince! I bet NASA will be looking for him for employment before he turns 18! God Bless him, and his family!!

Don’t let him near NASA. Don’t bother. They probably won’t be around by the time he would be old enough anyway. He’ll do way bigger and better things.🙏🏼

Depends on what he does. NASA employs scientists and engineers, but not mathematicians

Protecting him is right he could find cure for disease and then gets silenced or manipulated….
I want my son to be like him.. very smart and cute little guy
Baby Dev is crunching numbers at TWO years old. Incredible
I'll guarantee 2/3 of the audience were trying to remember their times tables thinking, "omg...... I'm not smarter than a 2yr old. "

This is kid deserves to be in the Guinness world record ASAP! Incredible 👏
I love the look at Howie THE PROCESS...
This adorable infant could occupy my entire day. He not only completed the arithmetic flawlessly, but also in the manner that I was taught. Not one bit of the new, weird math. I'm excited to follow this talented young man's journey!
Not only brilliant, but cute as cute gets. So polite and astounding!!!
As an 8th grade Math teacher this warms my heart. 💜
the way terry said "i cant even get that and im only 55" really got me laughing !!
His little giggles 🤭 🥹🥹 so adorable
Love this kid of math knowledge. HE’S A GENIUS!
